Year-on-year change in 2018 shows the total revenue in 2018 vs. the total revenue in 2017. There is no significant difference between total revenue and gross operating income for the limited service hotels that account for the vast majority of INV's hotel portfolio.
For below figures of each hotel, comparison for year-on-year is not made if the days of operation are less than one month. Year-on-year comparison for the six month cumulative figures is not provided if the property was not held as at the beginning of the fiscal period. Year-on-year comparison with the pre-acquisition period of each hotel is based on actual results provided by sellers.
