Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel, the underlying asset of the preferred equity interest acquired on October 13, 2017 is excluded from the performance calculation.
“Gross Revenue” for 2018 shows the total revenue of the hotel, while “Gross Revenue” prior to 2018 showed the gross operating income of the hotel. Year-on-year change in 2018 shows the total revenue in 2018 vs. the total revenue in 2017. There is no significant difference between total revenue and gross operating income for the limited service hotels that account for the vast majority of INV's hotel portfolio.
For below figures of each hotel, comparison for year-on-year is not made if the days of operation are less than one month. Year-on-year comparison for the six month cumulative figures is not provided if the property was not held as at the beginning of the fiscal period. Year-on-year comparison with the pre-acquisition period of each hotel is based on actual results provided by sellers.
Figures for year-on-year comparison are not shown in the case that the figures cannot be calculated due to the closure, etc. during the previous year.
